If your ready made Lady with the Braid purchase doesn’t fit, please contact me and we can organise to either exchange the product or receive a store credit for the value of the item. You'll have to pay for postage.
Custom order sales can not be returned unless the item is faulty.
If your item is faulty (god forbid) you may exchange the item or receive a store credit to the same value. Lady with the Braid will reimburse any postage costs.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase. They must be in the original condition with all tags still attached.
